"Hard to figure out as a new patient"
I tried to sign up as a new patient, and it was more frustrating than I expected. The website felt confusing, the information seemed all over the place, and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. It also had that weird feeling where there’s no real person there to help if you get stuck. If you don’t already understand the process, it’s hard to get through. I ended up giving up after a while.

"Honestly, I’m still annoyed they never fixed it"
I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but they just kept ignoring me. Like, come on, at least respond or tell me what’s going on. The issue never got resolved, and the whole thing left me frustrated
"Did anyone else have billing issues with Veriheal?"
I used Veriheal recently, and the billing ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The charge didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to, and I couldn’t really tell where the extra cost came from. Maybe I missed something, but it definitely wasn’t clear to me. I tried getting it sorted out, and the process felt slow and kind of annoying. I’m sure some people had a smoother experience, but the billing side was a mess for me. Curious if anyone else ran into this too?

I did end up getting the help I needed, so that was good!! But the replies took way longer than I expected... like, I kept waiting around for updates??? Overall it got sorted, just wish the follow-up had been a bit quicker!!

The doctor visit itself was fine, but I found the instructions for the medical records kind of confusing. I had to ask a couple of times, and even then I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to upload

"The doctor joined the call late..."
The doctor joined the call late, and from the start it felt like they were trying to get through it as quickly as possible. They barely asked me any questions, gave really short answers, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were actually being listened to. I understand schedules can run behind, but patients still deserve the full attention and care they paid for. I hope this gets addressed, because the experience didn’t feel professional or accountable.

"Doctor didn’t inspire much confidence"
I didn’t feel very confident after the appointment. The doctor seemed kind of unsure, and I didn’t really trust the advice I was given. Even after checking the follow-up email and receipt, I still felt like I didn’t get clear answers.
"Not as convenient as I expected"
I went with Veriheal because telehealth sounded like the easier option, and I figured it would save me some hassle for the price. But the appointment times kept changing, and I still had to keep checking in and chasing emails just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. For what I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother. It ended up feeling more stressful than just booking with someone local

"Waited way too long"
I ended up waiting way longer than I expected, and it got frustrating. The whole reason I tried this was to make things easier, but instead I was just sitting around with barely any updates. The lack of communication felt unnecessary, honestly. Not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use them again if the wait times are always like this

Had my appointment online, or at least tried to. The video kept freezing, and I had to deal with the login failing twice, which was super convenient, obviously. Not exactly the smooth experience I was hoping for.

I left feeling disappointed. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t come across as very caring. I tried to explain the pain I was dealing with, but it felt like he barely listened. I was also expecting a faster response and a little more compassion, especially when I was already worried and uncomfortable.

"Felt a little lost at the dispensary"
I was really hoping Veriheal would make the dispensary part smoother, but i ended up feeling confused and a little embarrassed. The guidance I got didn’t line up with what my local dispensary told me, so I stood there trying to figure out who was right and felt like I should’ve understood it already.
I reached out to support, but that didn’t really clear things up either. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was frustrating, awkward, and didn’t feel worth the fee.

Booking was simple, which I appreciated, but the follow-up took longer than I expected. Support wasn’t super helpful either, so I felt like I had to keep chasing things down. Anyway... it did get sorted in the end, but I’m not sure it was worth the frustration.

The site itself worked fine, but the consultation felt really rushed. I was probably on the call for about 4 minutes and didn’t get much of a chance to ask questions. For what I paid, I really expected a little more time...

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting annoying at this point. Not really sure what the holdup is, but it’s been way longer than I expected.

"Still Felt Confused Afterward"
I didn’t feel like I got much help with the patient info. They kind of rushed through everything, or at least that’s how it felt, and I left still trying to piece together the basic details. Maybe they were busy, I don’t know, but I kept thinking later that I should’ve asked more questions. It just wasn’t very clear

This was annoying. The price looked fine at first, then suddenly extra fees popped up right at checkout like, surprise! It was not clear at all, and I really don’t get why they can’t just show the full price upfront. Just tell me what I’m actually paying from the start.

"Didn’t really feel heard or confident using it"
I looked into veriheal, but the whole experience just didn’t sit right with me. Some of the information felt kind of vague, and when I was trying to get a better sense of who I’d actually be dealing with, I didn’t feel like my concerns were really taken seriously. For anything medical-related, I need things to be clear and straightforward, especially before handing over personal details. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I ended up backing off because I didn’t feel comfortable or fully trusted the process.

I tried signing up on veriheal.com and the whole registration thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be, because the form kept throwing errors at me without really explaining what I did wrong, so I’d fix one thing, retype another, hit submit again, and then get another vague message like I was supposed to magically know what it wanted.
By the time I finally got through all of that, I still wasn’t even confident my account had actually been created. It just felt clunky, confusing, and like a annoying waste of time.
